Welcome to Interview with Aditya. Today, we have a wordsmith, who is creative by soul possessing a pure and passionate heart. He is managing various businesses which are revolutionizing the way people learn, and evolve as a being. He is the CEO and Founder of Mizar-Alcor Overseas Pvt. Ltd. and is in charge of other initiatives of the MAO Group. He has recently published his book entitled, “Soft as a Feather: An Ode to Existence” which is the collection of micro-poems and a glimpse of his craftsmanship and life experiences. The man we are talking about is none other than Pranav Sharma.

In this interview, we talk about a lot of things and our discussion tries to unveil how Pranav looks at the world. He shares some very deep and insightful ideas in here – so make sure to be with us till the end. Without further ado, let’s welcome him with a huge round of applause.

How could you describe yourself in 6 words?

Considerate, Understanding, Mischievous, Dreamy, Philosophical, Helpful.

What’s your living philosophy?

Facts are not too important, Find the truth in your soul and operate from that space.

Who comes to your mind when you think of the word “Successful”, and why?

Successful is having the courage and integrity to live your philosophy. Practice what you believe in. Otherwise, worldly success is pointless.

Three people or sources you have learned from – or followed closely – in the last year?

My icons are timeless. So, not limited to one year. In the field of poetry, Rumi. In the field of Science, Deepak Chopra and last but not least my spiritual Guru.


If you have one gigantic billboard anywhere with anything on it – metaphorically speaking, getting a message out to millions or billions – what would it say and why? It could be few words or a paragraph, maybe a quote that you live by or think of very often…

No one is an island. We are all interconnected. Notice the connection and rise together. Ignore the connection and fall together.

If you had to instil one piece of advice in a new-born baby’s mind, what advice would you give?

You are Unique; Celebrate it, never become part of herd mentality.

If anyone would make a movie on your life, what would the title be, and what message should it convey?

He dared to walk alone – Title.

Message is that even if you don’t have support, even if you are all alone, stick to your path with conviction.

If you had just one day to live, what would you do in that

Smile from my heart which is the dwelling place of very few special people. Dance, sing, daydream for myself and serve the planet for humanity.

If a billionaire gave you 1 billion rupees, how would you spend it besides the parties and the Ferraris and so forth? If I asked you to spend 1 billion rupees improving the world, solving a problem, what would you pursue?

Spreading awareness regarding our responsibility towards the environment and for research eco-friendly technology and renewable resources. And creating a support system for creative people.

If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich? When was the last time you experienced “total bliss”?

The appreciation of anyone towards whom I have made constructive contributions. Total bliss is when I imagine an idealistic world having harmonious relationships.

If you could start your life over and change one thing, what would you change?

The time I didn’t stand up for myself and allowed circumstances to overpower me.


What advice would you love to give to anyone who’s seeking to pursue career and thrive in your area of expertise?

Stand firm in your convictions but deal with others in tenderness.

Why somebody striving to succeed in your area of expertise might fail?

(I believe, it’s really wise to know where the pit falls before starting out so that we can plan accordingly and avoid falling into the pit.)

Firstly making the person understand that failure is not about non achievements. It only means having not given your best shot sincerely and honestly. If you have, then you are a winner despite the outcome.

What are the bad recommendations you hear in your profession or area of expertise?

Thank you; alone can’t change the world, so give up.

What do you wish, you had known about your domain or your area of expertise, 5-10 or 20 years ago? And how would it had saved your resources?

I don’t know how it would have saved resources, but it would have saved me from confusion. I mean I would have found the right direction earlier.

What interesting thing are you working on? Why is that interesting to you? What’s surprising about that? Is anybody else thinking about this?

Well, I’m doing something off beat. Writing a Novel. It is interesting because I’m evolving as I’m writing it. Somebody has thought about it but I have a Unique Selling Point (USP) factor.

How has a failure, or apparent failure, set you up for later success?

I have understood that my failure was due to lack of self faith. So, now I believe in myself more and so I’m succeeding.


In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?

Belief that the Universe is always with me. Behaviour to be more diplomatic. Habit to be more solution oriented.

What advice would you give to a smart, passionate, driven college student ready to enter the “real world”? What advice should they ignore?

The real world is not what is shown but the hidden evolution which is becoming a revolution. Be brave enough to follow your heart n soul and don’t be caught up in survival issues.

What are the lessons that, you think life taught you a hard way?

If you are afraid your weakness will be taken disadvantage of. So avoid the victim syndrome.

Best advice ever received?

Your soul is more powerful than your Karma. Love is more powerful than hatred. You are more powerful than your circumstances.

In the last five years, what have you become better at saying “no” to (distractions, invitations, etc.)? What new realizations and/or approaches helped? Any other tips?

I’ve become better saying no to what drains my positivity, my sense of individuality. The new realisation is that the old patterns of the world order will get established and this is not a sci-fi factasy.

When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused or have lost your focus temporarily, what do you do?

Look within to what/ who brings me peace and then re-focus.

What are 1-3 books that have greatly influenced your life?

Rather books in 3 fields. Books by my 3 icons I mentioned earlier.

What is the best or most worthwhile investment you’ve made? It could be an investment of money, time, energy, or otherwise?

Investing in upgrading my spirituality. Money wise, time wise and energy wise.

What makes you happiest and when you think about it you cannot help but smile?

I’m happiest, when I feel I’ve made the person who really counts happy.


How does your morning Ritual look like? What do the first 60 minutes of your day look like?

Currently, it’s not but what I truly would want it to look like I shave a healthy drink, freshen up a bit, freshen my room, meditate. Be thankful for yesterday and look forward enthusiastically to the to do list of today.

What do you often say to yourself – how does your self-talk sounds like?

I can make it because I’m on the team of divine love n light, despite the challenges.

What one thing would you most like to change about yourself or improve on?

To express myself with more tenderness and creativity.

What was the last thing you did, that you think is worth remembering?

Writing the book “Athenaeum of Emotions”, which I’ve almost completed.

What obsessions do you explore on the evenings or weekends?

Singing, movies, poetry, writing, daydreaming and collecting data about planetary upgrades. Actually, these are my 24 hour obsessions.

What is an unusual habit or something crazy that you love?

Having imaginary conversations.

When you close eyes, what do you dream of?

My brain is jogging, my heart is doing cat wheels and my soul is doing push ups.

What impact do you want to leave in this world before you leave it?

I dream of an unknown unseen world with someone who I can completely relate to mind, heart n soul. I want to leave this world in better shape than when I stepped into it by making humanity more life oriented and less survival oriented.

What you think should be inscribed on your epitaph? What do you want to be remembered for?

He tried his best to live his dream – Epitaph.

Remembered for being there for whoever needed him.

If you could eliminate one thing from your life, what would it be?


How do you manage your deadlines without missing them?

I don’t manage. Therefore, I need to become more disciplined.

What’s something that used to scare you, but no longer does? What has changed?

That the world would call me odd one out or impractical. Now it doesn’t matter.

What one thing have you not done that you really want to do?

Travel with a purpose.


Do you have any quotes to live by or think of very often?

Make everyone smile. And make the mother earth smile.

Little known fact about you?

I appear casual but I’m actually quite serious.

My spiritual Guru, who is my True Mom and Dad combined.

2 Somethings and 1 Someone. Music system, A book of poetry and… Someone who I could share the 2 Somethings with.

If you could send a message to the entire world, in 60 seconds or less, what would you say?

You are not born on a random occurrence, in a random place. So, please find the reasons. You are a Universal traveller so don’t get fixed to any place or time. Don’t exploit the planet or others because we all of creation are one family.

Hey! Stranger – You seem familiar.

Do you have anything to say to your audience who is listening/reading to you right now?

Do not walk the old conditioned path. Do not follow set patterns. Tread new paths, Think radical designs. Always be true to your real self and not your self image.

Ans. – The golden question to always ask yourself – Am I living the life I choose for me or the life others choose for me? Make choices from that awareness.
